Con el presente proveído la Corte resolvió, como consecuencia de la decisión proferida en el Auto 082/26, que el Decreto Legislativo 1474 de2025, por el cual se adoptan medidas tributarias destinadas a atender los gastos del Presupuesto General de la Nación necesarios para hacer frente al Estado de Emergencia declarado por el Decreto 1390 de 2025, NO PRODUCIRÁ EFECTOS hasta que la Sala Plena de la Corporación profiera un fallo definitivo respecto de la constitucionalidad de la mencionada norma.
